When you subscribe, purchase a kit, or request the free self-audit, we collect:

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of non-essential emails (tips, updates) at any time. Transactional emails — kit deliveries, receipts, cancellation confirmations — are part of the service and cannot be opted out of while your subscription is active.
If you requested the free OSHA Self-Audit, we'll send you the audit and an occasional follow-up about your compliance readiness. You can unsubscribe from those at any time with no effect on any paid subscription.
We keep your subscription record for as long as you have an active subscription, plus a reasonable period afterward in case you have questions or want to resubscribe. Kit delivery records are kept for the life of your account so we can show you what you've received.
