These Terms of Service govern your use of Vet Ready Safety and your subscription to our monthly safety meeting kits. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be straightforward — if something isn't clear, just email us at [email protected].
Vet Ready Safety delivers monthly safety meeting kits to independent veterinary practices. Each kit includes a facilitator guide, employee handout, record-keeping templates, and an action items template, all designed to support OSHA-required safety training in veterinary settings.
Our materials are designed to support your compliance efforts — they are not a substitute for legal counsel, a certified safety consultant, or official OSHA guidance. We write our content carefully and ground it in current regulations, but we cannot guarantee that our materials will satisfy every inspection in every jurisdiction.
Your subscription does not include the right to distribute, resell, or use the materials at additional locations, affiliated practices, or under a management company that serves multiple sites.
Subscriptions are billed either monthly ($35/month) or annually ($350/year). All billing is handled securely by Stripe.
Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty by visiting our billing portal or by emailing us at [email protected].
Cancellation stops future charges. We do not offer partial-month refunds for monthly subscriptions. If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not yet received a kit, we will issue a full refund — just reach out and we'll take care of it.
Kits already delivered to you remain yours to keep and use.
All kit materials — guides, templates, handouts, and related content — are the intellectual property of Vet Ready Safety. Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive license to use those materials within your single practice location.
You may not reproduce or distribute the materials commercially, resell them, or present them as your own original work. Internal use — training your staff, filing records, adapting the templates for your practice — is exactly what they're for.
We work hard to keep our safety content current and accurate. OSHA regulations change, state requirements vary, and some situations call for expertise beyond what a kit can provide. We encourage you to:
We are not liable for regulatory outcomes, fines, or citations that result from your use or non-use of our materials.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify active subscribers by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that point means you've accepted the updated terms.
